Below you will read, among other things, how we collect and process your personal data obtained through the Web.

1. WHO PROCESSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

2. WHEN DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

2.1. We obtain your personal data when:

  • you conclude an agreement by creating a binding order on the Web;

  • you register a customer account on the Web;

  • you contact us.

3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS AND WHY?

3.1. When concluding an agreement by creating a binding order on the Web, we process the following personal data of yours:

  • first name and surname;

  • residential address, or another delivery and billing address;

  • if you are an entrepreneur, then the company name, your ID No., and if you are a VAT payer, also your VAT ID No.;

  • telephone number;

  • e-mail.

3.2. We need this personal data to conclude an agreement with you and subsequently to deliver your order. Without this data, we would not be able to process and invoice your order. We need your telephone number so that we can call you if necessary regarding the status of your order and also for the needs of the carrier in case of delivery to your address.

3.3. You do not have to worry about the security of your data. Providing your first name and surname, and if you are purchasing for a company, your ID No. and possibly the company name and VAT ID No., is necessary for us to have a general idea of with whom we are concluding the agreement. Moreover, it will facilitate communication with you and make your user experience of communicating with us more pleasant. We need your e-mail so that we can send you confirmation of your order and also to contact you if you do not wish to or cannot be contacted by telephone. We need your address so that we know where to deliver the order and for billing purposes.

3.4. If you contact us at the addresses listed in paragraph 1.2. above or through our social networks, we process the content of your query so that we know what you asked us about and what you were interested in, and so we can respond to you.

3.5. When registering for a customer account on the Web, we process the following personal data of yours:

  • e-mail;

  • password.

3.6. If you decide to create a customer account with us and fill in your data, we process the same data for these purposes as the data for concluding a purchase agreement (see par. 3.1.).

4. HOW IS IT THAT WE CAN PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

4.1. There are typically four possibilities in total:

  • processing is necessary for the performance of the agreement we have concluded together. Based on the agreement, we are able to deliver the product you ordered;

  • you have consented to the processing;

  • we have a so-called legitimate interest in the processing;

  • processing is imposed on us by law.

4.2. We may also inform you about news within the scope of providing our services and other news, promotions, and services on the Web, if you subscribe to our newsletter. We provide this information to you based on your consent. Of course, you can ask us not to call or write to you anymore in every phone call or e-mail.

5. WHO HELPS US PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?

5.1. Some of your personal data is processed by our processors (supplier agencies and an accounting firm).

5.2. The provider of the payment gateway is the company GoPay Czech odštěpný závod, ID No.: 22177469, with its registered office at Senovážné nám. 1736, České Budějovice 6, 370 01 České Budějovice (hereinafter "GoPay"), which acts as a separate controller in our relationship. If you have a question in connection with your payment, do not hesitate to contact us directly first, we will be happy to advise you and try to solve your problem. 5.3. If you have chosen the option of delivering goods to an address, then your personal data will also be processed by the relevant carrier you chose when creating the order.

6. WHAT OTHER DATA DO WE PROCESS AND HOW?

7. HOW LONG DO WE STORE PERSONAL DATA?

7.1. We store the personal data provided in your order until your order is completed and for a further 5 years, so that we are able to protect our rights during the limitation period.

7.2. If we have some personal data based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. We will then delete such personal data, or we will not use it for the purposes for which we had your consent.

7.3. The information in your customer account will be active for two years from the last activity in the account.

7.4. Legal regulations impose an obligation on us to store some of your data for a longer period, which we, of course, comply with.

7.5. After the expiration of the above periods, we will anonymize or delete your personal data. We store it for these periods so that we are able to respond correctly in the event of any dispute. We are responsible for the provision of services.

8. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO PERSONAL DATA?

8.1. The right to request access to your personal data – you can ask us what personal data we register about you and what has happened and will happen to it while it is with us.

8.2. The right to rectification – if your personal data that we keep about you is no longer current, or is incorrect, you can request its correction.

8.3. The right to object – if you believe that we are processing personal data beyond the scope of our legitimate interests, you can object to such processing. We must deal with your objection.

8.4. The right to erasure (the so-called "right to be forgotten") – at your request, we must delete all personal data that we register about you. However, it may happen that there is another reason that entitles or obliges us to store the personal data (based on laws). In such a case, we cannot perform the erasure.

8.5. The right to restriction of processing – in some cases, we may store personal data, but we must not handle it in any way; these are the following situations:

  • if you contest the accuracy of the personal data and we need to verify your communication;

  • if we process the personal data unlawfully, but you do not want us to delete it and instead request only a restriction of processing;

  • if we no longer need the personal data, but you request its storage for the exercise of your legal claims;

  • if you object to the processing, for the period until we verify whether the personal data will continue to be processed in our important interest or whether we will not process it.

8.6. The right to data portability – if you request it, we will provide you with your personal data that we process based on consent and at the same time process automatically. We will provide such personal data to you in a commonly used, machine-readable format. Alternatively, we may transfer this personal data to the controller you designate, but only if they agree to the transfer.

8.7. The right to lodge a complaint – if you believe that we are in any way violating the rules of personal data processing, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection https://www.uoou.cz/. Of course, we will be happy if we discuss your comments together and try to resolve them to your satisfaction.

8.8. We consider your data to be highly confidential, and we treat it as such. It is safe with us.
